In its the flatter parts there are swamp oaks and swamp cypresses, while on the hillsides and roofs there are oaks and beeches. Among the several protected plant species in the arboretum are the fibrous shield, the barren primrose, the turban lion, the wolf lion, the cyclamen, the roasting root, the bivalve polar flower, the spring heron, as well as several species of bird’s helmet and sagebrush.
